Ordered twice from L&C now and even when two (out of like, twelve plants) arrived with some damage, I was immediately offered assistance with some a gift card matching the value of the two plants! And even then, I've not had any other plants arrive damaged since. Very good and friendly customer service and a lovely selection of plants.

Much bigger than expected

As always my plants arrived in wonderful condition. I was very impressed by how well established this plant already was.
