This came completely flat and doesn't look good at all

Not as fuzzy as it looks :)

I'm going to say, there's nothing wrong with the plant and the delivery was fine, but the spines on this are evil. DO NOT touch it without cactus gloves. It sticks to everything, and I wouldn't recommend it.
