They work well and fit over my glasses comfortably as well as provide a slight tint so they kind of work as subglasses too. I've noticed that my normal vision has a shade of green over everything. It didn't completely fix my color blindness but it has helped somewhat and I always wear them so my eyes have adjusted already. I would recommend getting prescription lenses instead though as these are somewhat bulky to be wearing constantly.

I first tried these glasses at the Georgia O'Keefe museum in Santa e, NM. I knew I had trouble seeing shades of color so I thought I'd give these a try. They were amazing! I could see shades of pink that were completely invisible to me without the glasses. Shades of purple and blue too. My friends could see no difference when they wore the glasses--they have normal vision--but the difference for me was night and day. My wife bought me a pair of these glasses for my birthday. I can really see the art she has hanging in our house now. And a big surprise--I can't see orange. What I called orange was a dark yellow. But through these glasses I can see orange. The fruit is beautiful! I had no idea. I know these glasses don't work for everyone, but they are fantastic for me.
