We got the pate de campagne right on time for our réveillon. Wow! The pate is so appealing, covered with coarse peppercorn, nice and firm and so aromatic with herbs and spices. I set it up with crispy baguette, crunchy cornichons, moutarde, etc...I could not wait and took the first slice and spreaded on my bread. It tastes fantastic, savory, fresh and the pork and liver flavor is well balanced (to my taste). All my family was very satisfied. Thank you Fabrique Delices for the great product.
