Bought the thermacell to use during my golf league because the mosquitos are giants and haven’t gotten a single bite in the 3 weeks I’ve been using it

First charge lasted 12 hours. 2nd and 2rd about 4 hours. And when I talked to thermacell they told me I must be charging them wrong. I love being told I'm an idiot. I charge them for the full 9 hours each time. The thermacell works but, not as well as advertised. They claim a 20 ft radius. It's more like 5 ft. But as long as your right next to it the mosquitos are not a problem.
