It's great, but I wish it came with the waist belt
Love the pack, just wish it came with the waist belt rather than having to purchase it separately. I get it that it would make the pack more expensive, but for a pack this size I really think it needs one. I'll be ordering one soon.

Great Option
The 41L is great for someone who does a lot of traveling and flying, it holds quite a bit of gear. The quality of the bags is great comparable to the competitors. The laptop does hold My MacBook Pro 17inch comfortably.

Perfect for my needs
Was searching hard for a bag that would carry my large zoom lens and additional smaller lenses along with 2 camera bodies. In addition, I wanted expandable storage for raincoat, laptop, accessories, snacks, etc for carry on travel. The pro dividers give secure, deep padded space for expensive photo gear. This 41L is a deeper version of the 31L. It is for sure a keeper. Give this company a look, their products are excellent.
