Great products! I've been using for the past 2 or 3 years.

Smell and color change

The cream absorbs well and I have only used it for a couple of weeks. The smell of the cream is quite unpleasant and lingers for hours. Also, the cream does not maintain its white color and has a yellow residue/film upon reopening the jar, despite the cap being tightly closed after being used. I emailed customer service who explained the reason is it is “unrefined tamanu oil and it is high in a resinous like substance. This is the reaction that I was seeing”. As for the smell, it is what tamanu oil smells like. Unfortunately, I was unaware of these issues when I purchased the product and will not continue to use the product. My request for an exchange for a different product was not addressed.
