Pew Pew Professional L129A2 Coffee Mug.

Mug was cracked on receipt. Have emailed 2-3 times for a replacement. Still to receive a reply 4/5 weeks later. Will not be using these again.

Would like to give a zero as item was not received in consignment of ten items ordered, this was missing. I’ve emailed, phoned and messaged through the vendors website over the last 3 weeks but as yet received no response. Not holding themselves to the standard I’d expect from a company purporting to be veteran owned and operated. Please feel free to contact me to resolve the situation.
