Washington DC Temple

Glorious

I’m big into Legos and my parents were married and sealed at this temple. My father is currently bishop and I built this and surprised him with it and it sits on his desk at church. It was so fun to do and a great gesture of love.

I bought a set for each of my daughters with the temple they were married in. They were surprised and thought it was a wonderful gift. I also got myself one and we just put it together. A little harder to do compared to actual “legos” but once done it is beautiful

Adorable set

We are using this building project as a Branch church activity to get us up and going to the temple and engaging in family history work. Every time a family or person goes to the temple they get to complete a step in the building process. We can be like the pioneers and show our love for our families now and in the past. It is time to turn our hearts to our fathers. Eventually our temple will be built here in our Branch but also in our area of Huntsville Al. This set is perfect for this activity and so far seem well built
