The pattern and colors look great, but the soft texture of the lightweight fabric is the real selling point. Somehow it's always soft and cool to the touch, and it works well as a top-layer blanket on a queen-sized bed. There's something soothing about the texture, it relaxes me and lulls me to sleep. Just make sure you have somewhere to air-dry it after washing, it's very thin and could be ruined by a bad dryer.
