Not worth it

Clumps terribly does not dissolve like the other products . They mix beautifully this one doesn't . Massive amount of sodium, which is what seems to Center the hydration. Wind is up being water retention. I'll just add salt to my regular mix. In all, not worthy of upcharge

Hydration is important

If I am going to use a hydration supplement, might as well use one that also boosts my collagen intake. Not disappointed with the results. Been using for over a year
