KLAS / Brass Mixed Dimmer Switch (3-Gang)

Beware: Looks great, but poor quality KLAS Brass Mixed Dimmer Switch 3-gang. Regrettably, I can’t give this product a good review. It is stylish and looks great, but this belies the poor quality of an expensive item. I ordered this as part of a large order to replace outlets and switchppates throughout my home. This item was to operate two standard ceiling lights, with a dimmer for my chandelier. After installation, everything seemed great, but 20 minutes later the dimmer stopped working and the chandelier could not be switched off. My electrician verified that the wiring was OK. After some to-ing and fro-ing, HandleShopCouture sent a new transformer, which my electrician duly installed. THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. Since then i have been pursuing a refund, but have been ghosted by Customer Service. Disappointing experience.

I was so excited to be able to really customize my switches. It's given me so much versatility when I'm planning a room Customer service is excellent . I will shop here again

Brass 3 gang dimmer switch

Easy to install and it looks stunning!! My bathroom has champagne bronze fixtures, and the KLAS brass/ white dimmer switch compliments it well! Also, the quality is nice and feels heavy. Would highly recommend this over another named brand. It’s worth the delivery time.
