Product is good delivery wasn’t

The product is good but the wait really wasn’t. Between placing the order and being delivered was a real nightmare DPD who are normally quite reliable didn’t not fulfil the delivery and communications were so out of sync and made no sense. I understand things don’t always go to plan but there is a point where you have to say poor show it was a baseball cap not a massive order but still paid premium for delivery. Sadly I was not impressed.
