Trainer Pro in Azure

They sent me the wrong size and the wrong color. I had ordered incorrectly before which I was perfectly understanding to pay to return the incorrect size shoes but then I ordered the correct size and was sent literally the exact same thing I just returned. It takes them days to respond to messages to get things fixed and it seems like they don't keep track of communications to customers because I received multiple emails telling me how to return days apart. I love this product but its ridiculous to try to get help from them.

I wear a 14. The shoe was too small for me, gave it away to someone who wears a size 13 and it worked for them.
