The quality of this product is very fragile, and not suited for the type of consumer who it’s tailored towards. I was really disappointed that this happened as the shoe fit very well and was comfortable, but the overall quality is telling. This was the second time I even put the shoe on and first time I was going to wear it out. I’m not sure what option to do, but I’d like a refund as the material used for the heel tab isn’t strong enough, and it lines all the way down to the sole of the shoe. Unfortunate

Originally I was super unhappy with having to wait so long. But I just recieved the OTISHI S!!!
Put them on they fit perfectly and are sooooo comfortable! They look amazing as well. 10/10

Used to fly all over the US, perfect airport shoe for me, as if im walking around without my feet being squeezed to death! Will definitely be getting a pair in black! Glad I Pre-ordered!
