Strainer was a fantastic purchase

I had done a lot of research before settling on this strainer. Functionality, price, and reviews were my criteria (in that order). I needed something for the last step in my gazpacho recipe. This strainer has already given me much joy and a surprising discovery. If I leave the wooden roller dry when I start using it, the tiny pieces of blended veg matter sticks to its surface creating an ever thickening layer of accumulating strained material. So efficient and easy to clean. I was also very satisfied with the prompt delivery after ordering. 5 stars!

A must for Kombucha puree processing. Extremely well made.

Have not yet had a chance to use it. It appears quite formidable and I look forward to using it it.
