This matte looks so good over the glitter gels. You get all the sparkle but muted so the eye catches each glitter particle without the distraction of a shiny top coat. Also a perfect product for drawing nail art onto as it creates a flawless canvas for whatever you can imagine.

This does. Ot hold a matte finish and chips easily. Not impressed
