Received someone else’s order and waiting on customer service to respond. This is the first time I’ve experienced this from your company. Other than that the hair is beautiful and blends beautifully

A little disappointed

In the past I wore GoSleek hair and loved it. Literally the most beautiful and easy clips in. This time I tried the bundles and tapes in for my hybrid install and I’m so disappointed. The hair is not manageable and doesn’t stay bouncy past a day or two from wash day. I get my maintenance done professionally and I don’t even use products, rather just pin curl. Truly disappointed this time around. However, the packaging and shipped were amazing!
