I had an issue with the jacket that I purchased 18 months ago. Since I didn’t wear it often, I thought it was too soon to become unwearable with seam issues. I wrote to the customer service and immediately I received a response. Very polite and apologetic. At the end, my jacket was replaced with the offer to order any jacket in the catalog. Great service - very good response and amazing customer service. I am a customer for life.
