I decided not to chance getting pulled over again in Texas for not having a front license plate, and fortunately DV8 had exactly what I needed. It's very simple to install, and I like that I can easily remove the license plate when I go off road. It's built like a tank and should last a lifetime. Most of my aftermarket add-ons are from DV8 because everything they produce is high quality and built to last. Highly recommended!

Install easy but final fit of plate holder tight

Install was fine to the D ring, but the steel clip that goes into the mounting hole was too tight and I had to use a large flat screwdriver to make it fit. Besides that it looks great.

Great product does exactly what it states!

I was hesitant because of the price. Yes there are cheaper. However this is a very well-made product. I will say there was no instructions so I had to open a beer. Sit back and figure it out, but if you can color a coloring book and keep it in the lines you will be just fine. If you are looking for a place to mount your license plate without drilling into your brand new bumper, this is the perfect product for you. It is something to be stated though that the shackle mount is no longer useful for a recovery point due to the mounting system. I would definitely buy this again.
