Nest, Nesting and a Baby Shower

I have been a fan of Nest Candles for 15 years and my latest purchase of the Driftwood & Chamomile Votive Candles to give as Favors for a Baby Shower just made my loyalty to the brand stronger. This Shower was planned at the spur of the moment so as a result, we were pressed for time. I placed an online order with Nest for the candles over the Memorial Day weekend and decided to follow-up with a phone call to Nest customer service on the following business day to inquire if they would arrive in time. I spoke with Jay who went out of his way to contact their distribution warehouse to help expedite my order. He followed up with an email and a phone call to assure me that they would arrive in time and they did! This level of impressive customer service makes me a continued loyal customer!
