First- I purchased overnight shipping to get a piece on time, unfortunately ordering the wrong size. There was no urgency for the exchange which took almost two weeks. All a wasted effort when the bracelet broke and fell off my wife’s wrist within two days of ownership. It’s worth noting that her other bracelets were still on her wrist just fine. Company doesn’t stand by quality. Not worth the price.
