If You are Looking for a quality carrier and light level 4 plates RTS is the way to go. You are paying for quality, good looks and certified testing. Plates and carriers are not the items to go cheap on. From Customer Service and Matt the LEO rep I used, I felt confident in their recommendations, my emails and phone calls didn’t feel like sales calls. They actually answered my questions and took the time to listen to me and guide me through the process. The carrier is awesome I don’t even feel the weight of the plates the quick release is great. High Quality and highly functionality . It looks great but feels great to wear. I haven’t tested the plates and I hope I don’t have to but I have confidence they will perform well. I plan on purchasing more gear in the future. Chris
