I was very skeptical about this product working but been wearing them every day for about 10days now. They work,i rarely have hip pain during the day now. But as soon as i take my shoes off its back but obviously they not going to fix the damage thats already done to my hip. I would definitely recommend them and i will order another pair so i dont have to keep swapping them into other shoes. Wish i knew about these before.
