Great intro to heavy rope flow. Shoulders have been getting a great burn from this and of course great quality rope. Highly recommend

Perfect for my needs!!

Having a good foundation now, I upgraded to a heavy rope; used the Black Shark as my choice! Love it! Very nice heft and super sturdy. Such a good, challenging difference to regular flow ropes! This is now my main rope!! Have been using it almost exclusively for well over a month now. 4/5 due to the very sharp areas at the handle tips were melted and sealed. It occasionally bites into my fingers.
