Yet to try the product itself, but the service we received from Unalome was awful. The item took weeks to arrive, and instead of helping to get the product delivered, Unalome disowned the issue of it being ‘stuck’ with the courier somwhere and suggested we speak to the transport company direct. Would not have purchased had I know that delivery of such a small and ‘postable’ item would take several weeks.
