Extremely oversized. XL fit more like 2X or even 3x. Waistband has no “snug” fit, it looks stretched out coming out the package. Sweats are gorgeous in person, great design but unfortunately too big and long for wearing out to the gym. Definitely size down unless you like the extra baggy look.
