Kodiak Swivel Head + Sliding Arm Assembly

Stay away!

This attachment is not user friendly at all. The shaft is very tight even when lubed. The sluggish movement can lead to burned and mutilated gouges. Was used with latest Kodiak base shipped to me assembled. Set up is off center so my gouges ride almost off left side of the wheel. Also not a 90 degree angle to the shaft! Very tight movement in all directions. No "feel" for the grind. The A and B pivot is hard to keep in one position when swinging the gouge side to side. I am trying to work with this system but for what I spent I would not buy this again. Poor fit and finish. Way too expensive for what it is. Sorry guys-- this one's a loser!
