Duck Shit Oolong, Ya Shi Xiang Dan Cong Tea

Lovely

I know this is usually an entry point to more complex oolongs, and I definitely love a lot of interestingly complex teas. But this still remains one I like very much. It's classic. If you haven't tried it, you should.

A beautifully aromatic Dan Cong with real depth

Really impressed with this one. The dry leaf has a rich, honeyed aroma that carries straight through into the cup — much more complex than I expected for the price. The taste has that classic Dan Cong character: floral and fruity up front, with a smooth, lingering sweetness in the aftertaste. No bitterness or harshness even on later steeps, and it holds up well across many infusions. Great balance overall, and one I'll definitely be reordering.
