Zucchini slicer for Italians in Canada

I bought this slicer while in Rome 10 years ago. It worked great for years. Unfortunately, I tried to use it on an eggplant once and broke it. Missing in action for the last 3 years, we made do with a sharp knife. Exploring the internet, I found the exact same tool with you. So I bought 3 of them. I just received them and put one to use right away. In little time I sliced up 10 zucchini for the grill, easily and with precision. My son, trained in culinary school, is happy to have these tools back in the house. We grill zucchini every week. Thank you! The product is safe, well made and effective.
