The product does the job really nicely. Firm felt, but no scratches on the floor since using. They fit nicely on the chairs. My order could not be fulfilled initially, so the seller sent the first part of the order whilst awaiting more stock on the particular size I required. I was a bit confused at first as there was no initial correspondence explaining this. After a couple of emails, I was finally contacted regarding the issue. The second order arrived about two weeks later. About six weeks from initial order to completion.
