Used this awhile ago...stopped for a bit, now back to it. It's only been a week back on it...will hv to have a Part 2 to this review...but I expect good things☺️

I put 2 scoops in my Meijer's high protein, nutritional shake every morning. I can't tell it's in there at all, even with my cheap $6 Shaker bottle (I need a good one, any recommendations). I will definitely keep using this as my go to.
