After a serious injury requiring surgery and major rehabilitation, my doctor recommended I eat a high protein diet, and he specifically suggested I supplement with whey protein. I am a big fan of Orgain plant-based proteins so I decided to try Orgain grass fed whey. My only complaint is that I wish the whey protein came in more flavors!
