Same as the previous reviewer. I reached out multiple times and never received my order. Martha Vazquez from customer service repeatedly lied to me and said that the order was "on the way" but when I check the tracking number, only the label was created and the package never left the warehouse. This is absolutely shameful business practice. If you don't have this item in stock, don't advertise it.

Was excited to gift these boxes, however, I never Received items. I Reached out via email 4x and never received a response. Poor customer service.
