Perfect length- I needed something to shield of the heat from my TV. Haven’t turned the fireplace on yet so unsure how hot it will get. I love the way it looks.

Mantel looks good but was delivered with wooden mounting hardware that would be placed in the non combustible zone. Requested metal mounting bracket but still not delivered. It is advertised as non combustible but does not meet this description!
