Everything seems to be good quality and taste good. I would have preferred the chocolate but it was out of stock. Keep in mind, there's no magic secret sauce to losing weight. You must burn more calories then you consume. The meal replacements are good and filling but you can still expect to be feel hungry if you're trying to lose weight. View the hunger as progress!
