Pingora Lucid 20L Hiking Backpack

I chose this backpack based on a combination of features on the website: appearance, pocket organization, fit, and gear suspension. The backpack is incredibly lightweight, and the materials are durable. Everything is well-made and thoughtfully executed. And the second pocket for the rain cover in the quick-access pocket is unexpected but super convenient. So far, I've tested it in the city – it's excellent. Now I'm looking forward to my next mountain trip, and I think it won't let me down.

I am disappointed by the quality of this pack. Feels pretty flimsy for the price that I paid. The inside has a white liner too, which does not seem practical for an outdoorsy bag that is bound to get dirty. I was wanting this pack for an upcoming via ferrata trip in Italy. Perhaps it’s better as an urban backpack. I was charged $14 for shipping originally and to return this item it’s $18 shipping back. These prices are ridiculous when most companies offer free shipping at least one way. I was considering another Pingora bag until customer service decided to not respond back to my emails. Not impressed.

Great backpack for air travel and small day jaunts. Pingora delivered the product in a timely fashion. Would recommend.
