Cress Seeds - Watercress (Organic)

Love that I can get organic water cress from the seed. This is a new batch I haven’t planted yet but in the past their watercress has been amazing so much better than starter plants.

I was excited to find these and bought them to use in an indoor hydroponic system (Auk). I sprinkled the tiny seeds liberally not knowing how many would germinate but it seems as if they all did LOL! They have the crisp peppery flavor I remember from years back. I use the soft leaves and stems in sandwiches.
