It's One Beautiful Boot But...

As a way to celebrate finishing chemo and radiation I bought these boots. Alas, my arch is high and I can't get my foot in the boot. I don't want to return them. Is there a way to stretch them or have a zipper put in? They'd be oh-so-cute as a bootie.
