Winter Harvest Persimmon Vinegar

Well balanced

This is truly a well-balanced vinegar that has brightness yet it’s not too tangy. I think it goes well on salads and can be used as a drizzle topping on chicken and fish. Versatile.

Perfectly tart

Did not disappoint! I love everything persimmons and vinegar so this was such a fun find. Delicious mixed with olive oil on a baguette. Looking forward to trying more recipes with it.
