So far so good
It's tasty and Ive been taking a tablespoon daily for health. Cooking wise Ive only used it in my blue cheese dressing recipe and my tacos. Tying to find more applications is rough.

Light Vinegar That Isn't Overpowering
Interesting vinegar taste. It's not overly strong and goes well with side dishes. I've used it in dishes from millet to corn, and it is really nice to balance out a spicier side dish with this vinegar. It can be a great change of pace from a stronger apple cider vinegar. I probably wouldn't buy it again though since it is on the expensive side, but I'm glad I tried it. The glass bottle is really nice too.
