Javelin Throw Indoor Throwing Training Balls

Jav balls work great. Tough and get the job done, even for outdoor use into nets.

Perfect for throwing indoors against various walls or nets. I started with a different ball that was extremely rigid and felt like it was going to damage the wall and/or the gym floor when it landed. I opted to try this indoor ball instead, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Feels great in the hand and has a controlled rebound off the wall, making it easy to throw and catch and rack up reps.
