Starry Night

Starry Night looks fabulous layered over a dark blue or even a teal. I wore it in a skittle over ten different blues, and each one was great. The moons and stars are a little tricky to apply, but with some perseverance it works out.

This absolutely nails the inspiration! Honestly had no problems with glitter after leaving it upside down for about 5 minutes. I have long nails, so 3 coats was okay, but if you want a darker result or just save polish in general, you can absolutely topper this over a similar blue/darker blue!
