BEST BLUE EVER

This is my favorite nail polish. I do not think anything will ever surpass this. Prussian Blue and Navy Blue are my favorite colors, this has so much gorgeous deep blue depth, and the scattered flakes are crazy. Also, IT GLOWS IN THE DARK. I wish I had bought 2 or 3 bottles of this color!
