ANXIETY BEAD RING (ADJUSTABLE)

Even though it’s adjustable, it’s just not quite made for small fingers. My ring size for my pointer finger & middle finger (the fingers I wear this ring on) are both a 5.5. I twisted the loops at the ends of the ring to fit around the band and hold it secure in a smaller size, but that was difficult. Just twisting the ring to be smaller just didn’t work, BUT fastening the loops around the band helped! I now wear it everyday. It was a bit difficult to get it to fit, but other than that, it’s GREAT for anxiety and satisfying to fidget with.
