It gives the impression of a rug, rather than a commercial floor protector. The mat has a very low profile, so no catching your toes on it. It does not slide around on our wood floor. Definitely a more attractive way to protect our floor.

Great mat, perfect size

This is the perfect size mat for under my husband's desk in his home office and also I'm thinking about getting another one for under my daughter's piano bench. The 3x4 size mat isn't a standard mat or rug size anywhere, but it's perfect for both these purposes. More styles please!!
