This was my second order with Pavlovitz Design. Both times they set the standard for ease of navigating a website, exemplary customer communication re: order status, and lightening fast shipping. The shipping includes hands down, the best, packing system. The cup is a savvy upgrade of the classic enamel ware mug. The ceramic version is a pleasing mug as well, nice lip and handle.
