Not Reliable

I am writing the review, but I honestly do not expect to be taken seriously as I have communicated several concerns that have been ignored or dropped. The brake mechanism is not sturdy and the alignment does not last. The plastic screw that is used quickly degrades with use and water damage. Within months the entire assembly falls apart and no longer is able to hold the wheel in place. This is my third replacement. If you intend to make this a good, reliable product I have several issues, including the height adjustment, (the chair is way too high to transfer to from a standard wheelchair). I am unhappy with the purchase but unfortunately there are no good options because I find manufacturers to not take the needs of people with disabilities seriously enough to test them thoroughly in actual usage but truly disabled people in all stages and types of disabilities
