Truly a wonderful company & product!

I purchased a set for my Quantum Stretto 3 power chair. Unfortunately, one of the belts had a tiny nick in it right out of the box. We installed it anyway and the LapStacker worked great. However, because we were concerned that the small nick in the belt could affect future performance with all the pulling and retracting, we contacted Mike at AdaptDefy to see if it warranted returning it. What a wonderful experience dealing with them was! Not wanting to take any chances of future failure, they sent me a new belt to install. It took awhile to get here, because it came from overseas, but tracking was available for every step. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and his team, and I love my LapStacker. What a wonderful product and company experience.

Fantastic device

Very helpful! I do find it snaps back pretty fast after unhooking the lapstacker. This can snap into your legs, so it could use a bit of an adjustment to retract slower perhaps? Otherwise I couldn't be happier! Love it, thanks so much!
