Some hiccups

The day I installed my coop door, I was super excited. I bench tested its operation, installed it and the input my settings. It worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the next morning it didn’t open and after further investigation I discovered it wasn’t working at all. An email to customer service, resulted in a replacement controller board being shipped to replace the failed one. The door opener works great now and I could be happier. It’s robust construction means not having to worry about the chicken at night.

I love the coop, tender door and set up. I have multiple doors. They were great.
